Marie Drago is the mother of John Rambo.
Biography[]
Even less is known about Marie Drago than her husband, Reevis Rambo. She is a Navajo and was abused by her alcoholic husband while she was alive. She died somewhat early in her son's life. Considering John Rambo's stated heritage (Navajo, Italian, and German), since "Drago" is Italian for "Dragon", she could also be half Italian with Reevis being also either half Italian or full German descent. It is worth noting, that Rambo is not an Italian word or name, but nor is it German.
