They'd need a younger actor for Rambo during Vietnam and I don't think that would really work, might generate some backlash. As for where Last Blood left off.. I think Last Blood was a really good end to the story, Rambo doesn't want anymore to do with his life and I think that's the best ending overall. No more story should be added to Rambo.
